TVI distributes health kits in Toledo

Therma Visayas, Inc. (TVI), a wholly owned subsidiary of AboitizPower completed the distribution of health kits to Bato, Awihao and Fulgencio Dolino Elementary Schools in Toledo, Cebu during the first quarter of 2015.

Early this year, 1,883 pupils of Bato Elementary School were provided with health kits containing toothbrush, toothpaste, rubber slippers, band-aids, alcohol, soaps, and tissue papers.

Last February 18, 2015, another 268 kindergarten and grades 1 & 2 pupils of Awihao Elementary School, and 390 pupils of Fulgencio Dolino Elementary School also benefited from the TVI health kit donation project.

The donation of health kits will help address the need for basic necessities of the elementary students.

Barangay Chairman Dolino and Awihao School Principal Mrs. Villacencio expressed their happiness and gratitude for the generosity of TVI and the Aboitiz Foundation.

After the distribution, TVI CSR Manager Egay Nicolas noticed the need of Awihao Elementary School for immediate maintenance, and therefore considered them as the beneficiary of TVI Brigada Eskwela this year.
