SNAP-Benguet and SNAP-Magat celebrated Earth Day with simultaneous clean-up drives held in Ambuklao, Binga, and Magat on April 22.A total of 79 volunteers joined the activities: 24 employees from Ambuklao, 14 from Binga, 31 from Magat, 4 from MORE, and 6 from GDP. SNAP EVP & COO Joseph Yu, who was on travel for his quarterly COO briefing, led the clean-up at Binga to mark his first CSR activity with the company. Local residents and members of LGUs and NPC also joined the clean-up in Benguet while military personnel joined the activity in Magat. The clean-up drive is undertaken annually not only to commemorate Earth Day but also as opportunity for SNAP Group employees to volunteer for the community and environmental initiatives of the company.
