AboitizPower continues to play an active role in the Philippine energy transition. In 2024, the company energized critical clean energy assets, including the 159-MWp Laoag solar, 173-MWp Calatrava solar, 45-MWp Armenia solar, and the 17-MW Tiwi binary geothermal plant. These are part of its broader strategy to grow renewable energy capacity, helping to accelerate the country’s shift to a more sustainable energy mix.
AboitizPower is continually seeking opportunities to expand its renewable energy capacity, encompassing various technologies such as solar, hydro, geothermal, wind, and energy storage systems. To date, the company has disclosed over 1,000 MW of RE projects in its pipeline.
