The two-day event with its theme: “Safety and Skills towards 1AP”, will cover a number of competitions that are specifically used in the different workplace of AP. Day one focused on skills namely Turbine Alignment, Autocad, Electrical House Wiring, Machining, Defensive Driving, and Article Writing. Day two will cover the Quiz Bees, Powerpoint Writing and Presentation, Photo Essay, and the core of the event which is the Safety Competition.

The yearly event aims not only to gauge each business unit’s knowledge, preparedness, and awareness when it comes to safety but to also promote camaraderie, and showcase the skilled team members of the participating groups.

Words from Day One participant Aldrin Causapin from TMO, Oil Group: “Mahirap, challenging kasi time-bound, and physically draining. But in the end, rewarding”. “Nakakakaba, Win or lose. Expect the unexpected talaga” from Day Two participant, Areanne Hernandez from TMO, Oil Group.

In the end, nothing beats a company that is well equipped and always ready. Believing that Safety is a Culture, will lead to A Better Future.
