San Juan City, Metro Manila – Ortigas Land Corporation has partnered with Advent Upgrade Solar Inc. (AUSI), the joint venture between Aboitiz Power Distributed Renewables, Inc. and Upgrade Energy Philippines, to install a 1,587.20 kilowatt-peak solar photovoltaic (PV) system as part of a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) that will power GH Mall.

By integrating renewable energy into its flagship estate, Ortigas Land said that it aims to elevate the lifestyle experience of the Ortigas Community through a sustainable facility management approach that is both environmentally responsible and community-focused.
“As we celebrate our 95th year, this partnership with AUSI strengthens the sustainable foundations of GH Mall,” Bacani shared. “It ensures that we continue to create an environment where businesses can thrive and where the stories of families within the Ortigas community can grow and unfold for generations to come.”
AUSI said that the 20-year PPA is designed to support the sustainable growth of GH Mall, providing the estate with energy security and operational cost optimization.

AUSI develops, builds and operates distributed solar solutions catered to large commercial and industrial consumers.
