Fresh graduates-turned-team members, including those from engineering courses, cite management and culture as among the top reasons why it is good to work for AboitizPower.

Aboitiz Power Corporation (AboitizPower) has been named Prosple’s “Top Employer for Fresh Graduates in the Energy and Utilities Sector for 2025” in the Philippines for the second consecutive year.

Based on graduate reviews, AboitizPower standing was driven by high scores in management, or accessibility of managers and mentorship; sustainability, or efforts in safety, health, and environment; corporate social responsibility, or projects and initiatives ran; and culture, or the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socializing amongst colleagues.

Prosple is a careers and education technology company that helps leading organizations and universities to connect students with employment and education opportunities.

According to Prosple, the Top 100 Employers for Graduates List has served as “a valuable resource for students seeking a rewarding career path” since it was launched in Australia in 2015.

To determine a company’s score and standing, Prosple measures its popularity among students using page views and the number of applications, as well as its program quality based on graduate satisfaction reviews. Student popularity is accorded with a weight of 75%, while program quality accounts for 25%, subject to change depending on the available data.

To recall, AboitizPower was also recognized as among the best companies to work for in the country, leading all others in the utilities sector in a list by daily newspaper the Philippine Daily Inquirer and market research firm Statista.
