TESDA XI awards Davao Light at the 2022 Industry Forum

Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light), an AboitizPower subsidiary, received a Plaque of Appreciation from the Technical Education And Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Region XI for its partnership, support, and active participation during the 2022 Industry Forum held on March 2-3, 2022 at SEDA Hotel, Davao City. Davao Light Reputation Enhancement Department Head Fermin Edillon received the award from Engr. Constantino B. Panes Jr., the Center Administrator of the Regional Training Center – Korea Philippines Vocational Training Center Davao. Davao Light and TESDA Region XI have been partners since 2012 through the company’s technical-vocational projects with its social development arm, Aboitiz Foundation, Inc., such as the Project BEST (Basic Electrician Skills Training), a community-based training on Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
