DLPC wins 2016 Driven to Serve Award- CSR Category

DRIVEN TO SERVE! Davao Light and Power Company (DLPC) is the recipient of the Driven to Serve Award- CSR Category in the 2016 Groupwide Inspired by Passion Team Awards for their Project BEST (Basic Electrician Skills Training).
Project BEST has been conceptualized to increase and to develop local or community based electricians who will serve as partners of DLPC in providing reliable and faster service to the community.
The project also creates opportunity for the beneficiaries to become TESDA certified electricians and prepare them for livelihood.
Project BEST has already produced 76 electricians since the program was first launched in 2013.Many of the graduates are now working as on site and on call electricians and members of accredited associations of DLPC.
