AboitizPower confirmed its place as one of Philippines’ leading graduate employers when the Top 100 Graduate Employers were announced last May 19.

GradPhilippines’ methodology has been refined to reflect an employer’s popularity and their quality. This is achieved by combining data from search engines, page views, and employee reviews. Through this, an objective and comprehensive ranking of graduate preferences has been determined.

AboitizPower emerged as the winner in the Energy and Utilities sector and 12th overall, across all graduate employers nationwide.

The announcement comes as AboitizPower shared the initiatives they have previously done to build their talent community despite the hardships experienced both by the company and the country in the previous year.
