The 14.96 MW hydropower facility is the first of its kind in Mountain Province. This facility, located in Brgy. Namatec, Sabangan, draws power from the Chico River.

Hedcor Sabangan began its construction in 2013 and was inaugurated in 2015. 

Bakun AC Hydro has been producing 70 MW of clean and renewable energy for Northern Luzon since 2001. It taps the power of the Bakun River through its weir - the point where part of the river water is diverted - in Bakun, Benguet.

Developed under a build-operate-transfer scheme, the hydroelectric plant will be handed over to the National Power Corporation in working condition, free of charge after 25 years.

During the construction of the plant, about 16 kilometers of access roads were developed and are now used as farm-to-market roads. This includes the 292-meter "Friendship Bridge" allowing vehicular access into the municipality of Alilem. 

Irisan 1 Hydro in Tuba, Benguet uses the latest hydropower technology such as fiber-optic communication set-up, which makes the remote operation of the entire system possible from anywhere with an internet connection. The water running through the Irisan 1 powerhouse cascades into Irisan 3 Hydro which is one of Hedcor’s oldest plants. Currently, it delivers renewable energy to AboitizPower's RES company Advent Energy, Inc. 

Irisan 3 Hydro is the first plant owned by Hedcor in Benguet. Irisan 1 Hydro was built and completed in November 2011. Both plants are located in Barangay Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet. Together, the plants generate a total capacity of 5 MW, supplying energy to AboitizPower's RES company Advent Energy, Inc. 

Upper Takbo was built in 1991 but was renamed Ferdinand L. Singit Hydro or FLS Hydro in 1996 in memory of its late plant engineer. The construction of FLS Hydro was an engineering challenge since there were no roads anywhere near the plant. Among Hedcor’s plants, FLS Hydro has the longest conveyance line of about three kilometers. It delivers clean and renewable energy to AboitizPower's RES company Advent Energy, Inc.

The Sal-angan plant was one of the first plants built by Hedcor in 1990. Originally called Omico, it supplied energy to the Philex Mining Corporation. After the contract with Philex expired in 2002, the plant reverted to the name of the river it taps - the Sal-angan River. 

Other than corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects and local taxes, the Sal-angan plant benefits the community with farm-to-market roads and reforestation efforts.

Sal-angan currently sells its electricity to AboitizPower's RES company Advent Energy, Inc.

Ampohaw Hydro, located in Banengbeng, Sablan, Benguet, harnesses the power of the Balili River. It was built in 1991 with an initial capacity of 4 MW. It was later expanded in 1994 to have a capacity of 5.2 MW and again in 1996 to produce 8 MW of clean and renewable energy for the province of Benguet.

Currently, it supplies Cleanergy to Advent Energy, Inc. In 2000, Ampohaw Hydro made history when it earned an ISO certification for quality management. It is the first mini-hydro plant in the country to receive such an honor.

Lower Labay Hydro was the first plant to be built in the municipality of Bakun, Benguet followed shortly by the Lon-oy plant. When it first operated, it had four generators with a capacity of 500 kW each. They were later expanded to handle a capacity of 600 kW each bringing the plants’ capacity to 2.4 MW. 

It currently delivers Cleanergy to Advent Energy, Inc. 

Lon-oy Hydro in Bakun, Benguet has been rebuilt three times in its 28-year history. It was damaged three times by landslides brought about by typhoons Iliang in 1997, Feria in 2000, and Nina in 2008 due to the treacherous terrain on which the plant is located. This did not deter Hedcor from rebuilding. Currently, it delivers renewable energy to AboitizPower's RES company Advent Energy, Inc.

Further downstream of the Balili River is Bineng 3 Hydro. It initially had a capacity of 3 MW from five turbines that could individually produce 600 kWh. It was upgraded to 3.5 MW in 1994 by adding a turbine that could produce 500 kWh.

In 1996, all six units were replaced with a single Pelton turbine. Because of this upgrade, there were fewer units to maintain. The clean and renewable energy generated is then delivered to Advent Energy, Inc.

La Trinidad Hydro is located within three barangays: Alapang, Alno, and Bineng in the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet. It harnesses the Balili River and through it, the facility is able to generate 20.4 MW of clean and renewable energy.

To give way to La Trinidad Hydro, the Bineng 1, 2a and 2b Hydros were decommissioned and became Bineng Combination Hydro. The hydropower facility was formally renamed to La Trinidad Hydro on January 22, 2018 by the Department of Energy. It symbolizes the partnership and identity established by Hedcor and La Trinidad since 1991.

Hedcor’s partnership with the community of La Trinidad gave way to education and healthcare projects, infrastructure advancements, and increased employment among locals. 

Sibulan A Hydro has been generating 16.5 MW of clean and renewable energy for Davao since 2010. The facility is located in Brgy. Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur and harnesses the power of the Sibulan River.

Local residents who are mainly engaged in abaca and fruit farming have since benefited from the use of 44 kilometers of farm-to-market roads which were developed as access to the plant.

Sibulan B Hydro has an installed capacity of 26 MW. It is located in Brgy. Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur and harnesses the power of the Sibulan River. It has been generating power to meet the energy needs of Davao City since its completion in September 2010.

Hedcor has also adopted over 1,000 hectares of land within the Mt. Apo Natural Park to plant trees and protect the riverbank.

Tudaya 1 Hydro is located in Brgy. Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur and operates upstream of Sibulan A Hydro. It harnesses the Baroring Creek which is part of the Sibulan River.

The commercial operation of the plants came at a time when the region was experiencing a power supply shortage. In 2014, It started delivering to Davao Light and Power Company through an Energy Regulatory Commission-approved Energy Supply Agreement.

Tudaya 2 Hydro operates downstream of Sibulan B Hydro and harnesses the Sibulan River. It is located in Brgy. Sibulan, Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur.

This plant generates renewable energy and delivers it to Davao del Sur Electric Cooperative (DASURECO). The commercial operation of the plant was timely as the region was then experiencing a power supply shortage.

Tudaya 2 Hydro’s powerhouse is very accessible to all types of vehicles as compared to other Hedcor facilities which are located in remote areas. As such, it can be a resource center for schools and universities seeking to be educated on the operation of run-of-river hydropower plants. The area's landscape harmonizes nature with energy generation. 

Talomo 1 Hydro is located in Barangay Malagos in the Calinan district of Davao City and harnesses the power of the Talomo River. It was initially government-owned but was then acquired and commissioned as a Hedcor asset in 1992.

Unlike other hydropower facilities operated by Hedcor, Talomo 1 Hydro uses an open canal instead of conveyance pipes to divert water to its forebay. 

Talomo 2 Hydro is the fourth in the five cascading Talomo hydropower plants to harness Talomo River.

Hedcor began operating and maintaining the Talomo 2 Hydro in 1972. Originally built in 1950 and commissioned under the National Power Corporation (NPC) in 1959, the Talomo Hydro 2 was commissioned as one of Hedcor’s assets in January 2005. 

Talomo 2A Hydro is the second plant in the five cascading Talomo hydropower plants to harness the Talomo river. It is one of the oldest assets of Hedcor.

The plant was built in the 1950s and was first commissioned in 1957 under NPC. In 2005, it was commissioned as a Hedcor asset.

The plant’s 1.7-kilometer access road is also used by local farmers in the area. 

Talomo 2B is the third plant in the five cascading Talomo hydropower plants to harness the Talomo River.

It was built in 1954 and originally commissioned in 1958 for NPC. Although Hedcor had been operating and maintaining it since 1972, it was only in January 2005 that the plant was commissioned as a company asset.

The plant does not have a penstock unlike the rest of Hedcor's run-of-river hydropower facilities.

Talomo 3 Hydro is the fifth in the five cascading Talomo hydropower plants to harness Talomo River.

The Talomo 3 Hydro was built in the 1950s and was acquired by Hedcor in 1972. It has been operated and maintained by Hedcor since.

It was only in 2005 that it was commissioned as one of Hedcor’s assets. 

The Manolo Fortich Hydros began commercial distribution in the year 2018 after commencing construction in the year 2015. With a generating capacity of 45.9 MW for the Manolo Fortich 1 Hydro and 27.4 MW for the Manolo Fortich 2 Hydro, these Bukidnon-based plants are Hedcor's biggest plants in Mindanao.

Their generated clean and renewable energy is delivered to numerous distribution units such as ZANECO, ZAMSURECO 1 AND 2, MOELCI1, SIARELCO, BUSECO, SURSECO 1, SOCOTECO 2, and DLPC.

Hedcor also aims to advance the business with their community partners, the Higaonon Indigenous Community, through medical missions, school-centric activities, and tree-planting activities.
