Discover How Therma Luzon, Inc.
Helps Power A Better Future

Therma Luzon, Inc. (TLI), is AboitizPower’s 700 MW coal-fired power plant in Pagbilao, Quezon. TeaM Energy Corporation (TeaM Energy) operates the facility under a Build-Operate-Transfer scheme.

First constructed in 1993 within Ibabang Polo, Isla Grande, the Pagbilao plant houses two 350 MW units which became fully operational on August 14, 1996.

AboitizPower took over the plant in 2009 and was awarded an Independent Power Producer-Administrator (IPPA) contract for the output generation and procurement of the facility’s fuel requirements.

Thanks to TLI's efficient and growing capacity in electricity generation, Luzon Island’s power is in good hands.
