Pagbilao Energy Corporation (PEC) is a joint venture between AboitizPower and TeaM Energy operating the Pagbilao Unit 3 in Ibabang Polo, Isla Grande, Quezon.
The coal-fired plant was inaugurated on May 31, 2018, and generates a baseload power of 420 MW.
Along with Pagbilao 1 and 2, which is managed by Therma Luzon, Inc. under AboitizPower, PEC is more than capable of supplying the power demands of the Philippines’ largest island.
