GNPower Mariveles Coal Plant Ltd. Co. (GNPower Mariveles) is the largest greenfield power project in Luzon with a 632 MW coal-fired capacity located in Mariveles, Bataan.

Similar to its sister plant GNPower Dinginin Ltd. Co., GNPower-Mariveles operates under the private limited partnership of AboitizPower’s Therma Power, Inc. and AC Energy Holdings, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and Power Partners Ltd. Co.

Since 2013, GNPower Mariveles has developed an efficient energy complex that is capable of providing multi-fuel electricity generation to power the needs of businesses and communities across Luzon and the entire country.
