Pangarap, AboitizPower's adopted Philippine eagle turns 16 A

Pangarap, the Philippine eagle adopted by AboitizPower in 2010 turned 16 years old on February 23, 2015. The offspring of Biomate and Robinhood, she was born in captivity through natural pairing and raised with a combination of human hands and puppet-rearing methods.

As an already imprinted bird, Pangarap has gained a sense of her species identification and it is hoped that she meets her mate soon to produce an equally majestic offspring for future generations to enjoy the beauty of the Philippine eagle.

Pangarap and other eagles are being protected by the Philippine Eagle Foundation in Calinan, Davao City.

AboitizPower is committed to protect and enhance our ecological biodiversity to ensure that there is an adequate pool of resources available for future generations, all for a BetterWorld.
