AboitizPower subsidiaries recognized for 1 Million man hours of safe plant operations

AboitizPower subsidiaries AP Renewables, Inc. (APRI), SN Aboitiz Power – Magat, Inc. (SNAP-Magat), and STEAG State Power, Inc. (STEAG Power) were presented with the 2014 Corporate Safety and Health Excellence Award to recognize their exemplary occupational health and safety performance from November 1, 2013 to October 31, 2014.The Safety and Health Association of the Philippines Energy Sector, Inc. (SHAPES), together with the Department of Energy (DOE), awarded the APRI MakBan and Tiwi Geothermal Power Plants, SNAP-Magat Hydroelectric Power Plant, and STEAG Power Coal-fired Power Plant for having one million man hours of no-lost time incidents in the course of the said period.
